“What’s going on?”
Last week I came in to place an order but the person taking my order couldn’t understand me because my face mask was muffling my voice. Knowing that there was plexiglass between us I shifted my mask over so she could clearly hear the 3 words it took to state my need. As I immediately put my mask back in place another girl, with apparently no people skills, literally yelled at me for removing my mask and then insulted me for not acknowledging the reason for having a big thick plexiglass in her store.
Needless to say I won’t be returning there. Only Reason being is that with all the hostility going on in our nation right now I wouldn’t feel safe knowing that there is an aggressor working in that Starbucks at the Asheville Mall.
