This starbucks used to be the highlight of my day, but now its a disgrace to go to. Not only have they messed up multiple orders, but theyve been very rude and slow. I get that youre trying to concentrate, but smile and have fun. Furthermore, they think its acceptable to talk back to nice customers, be sarcastic and be plain rude to customers. This store went from a 5 star to a zero star store. Very dissatisfied.
