Go back to the old one on one way of taking orders! The new opening this weekend was chaotic - they made 7-8 drinks for people that ordered after us before my husband got his beverage. I asked twice about it, we still didn't get it; finally my husband had to go up to the counter to tell them to get on it; I had my drink and food; evidentally his cup got put on the back counter or something. Plus you give them the order and you have one person writing it on the cup and then the register person is handling the cup as well; who knows how many people touched the cup rim, no gloves, before we got our drinks
