Heartless and greedy
3-1/2 years ago, my friend tripped on a cracked tile that had a big gap on the floor in Starbucks Sherman Oaks, which they have since completely remodeled after her accident. She has been fighting with them for 3-1/2 years just to get her medical bills paid. In court, they brought in the video footage from 10:00 a.m. knowing that the accident happened at 10:00 p.m. they got the judge to dismiss it.
