Long line and 6 people handled it well with no mess ups
People can really create a fuss over a luxury they choose to make time for in their day such as frappuccinos and americanos. If you can afford to casually drop money on specialty coffees than you are doing well enough to have some patience while waiting for your treat
Extremely aggravated
Arrived in line at 3:20pm today for their location in internation plaza, Tampa fl. Cashed out 3:32pm; ordered blueberry muffin and a large vanilla iced coffee with cream. Waited for my order 25 minutes until I had to request assistance from someone about my coffee. They never made it. The woman before me never got hers either, but she at least was compensated for it. I had my coffee slid to me and no apology received. I was livid, especially because I was on break and I go there almost everyday in the mornings before work and on break since I work for Dillards. I also received no receipt which fustrates me too. I just might start going to another coffee branch for my necessities because of the poor customer service I received at the end of my transaction.
