Poor service
Since the reopening of the Starbucks inside the Visalia Mall we have been getting horrible drinks and service. They seem to always be out of items plus sometimes the app does not work to order nor to redeem. I believe they need to re train all the employees on how to really make the Starbucks drinks and food in order to fulfill the Starbucks brand.
