Well...they need to be better trained. Glasses often don't fit, no one seems interested in anything besides making the sale, do not know how glasses are meant to feel. Returning a pair which is crooked. Are they cutting USED glasses???
I'm sorry I got messed up with this place. Definitely gonna try someplace new next time. Maybe next year I'll try LensCrafters or Walmart even. There are plenty of places in NY. I can't believe I ever came back here.
