Deceptive Business owner
Jewelry Booth in Mall is not practicing honest sales. Purchased jewelry that was defective. Upon returning /or exchanging the next day I was told product is not refundable and they can only ship to warehouse for repair of the same product. When asked for exchange. Was offered items for an upcharge or exchange for something cheaper than what I paid. Will not return to this booth. The owner was actually the person I was dealing with.
