my wife and I purchased 3 shoes at$216.01 in this store on 10/22/23 at5:50 PM and then we returned and want to refund within a hour. the manager Randi , refused to refund and lied to me this is a final sale! there is no sign and label in the store. the worst part he can't answer my question and no refund to me. he called 2 mall security took us away. why Steve madden treated customer so bad and lied? do you think this problem can go away?
