By far the worst customer service I've experienced at a retail store. I visited the mall on May 5th and there were 2 employees working at the time; a girl (Brittany) checking me out and another male manager. They didn't have one pair of shoes in store so I decided to order them and have them sent to my house. Brittany had no idea how to order for delivery, which is fine, but the manager was very unhelpful to her and she ended up just writing down my order on paper (which should have been a red flag to me but I wanted to give the process the benefit of the doubt). After 2 weeks, 4 phone calls to the store, and just as many promises that the order had been made, I have still received nothing. I'm still trying to get a refund for the shoes now but it has been a really disappointing and frustrating experience. I wouldn't suggest anyone to shop at this location.
