Horrible customer service
I went into short hills Steve Madden to do an exchange for a pair of $178 shoes I had bought at this location along with about 5 others pairs purchased. The pair of shoes I loved but were tight on me , I was told they would stretch out. I put them on in my house and walked around a bit until deciding they were too tight and would rather the size up. The store manager Tiffany was so rude, as she would not let me exchange the pair because she said they were worn (which they were not)!! I had explained I just walked around the house and that they were too tight. I have been shopping at Steve Madden forever and have never had an issue like this before. She had said that she would not take them back in “her store”. I had to drive over a hour to a different location to do this exchange. Horrible customer service!!!!
