The girls who work here very unmotivated and not helpful. I asked a girl who worked here for my size in two different pairs of shoes and she seemed more interested in talking to her friend. I asked the girl about the sale she barely explained it to me and had an attitude. If you want great customer service steven madden in west nyack is not an option. If I did not need the shoes that day i probably wouldn't of bought them from here but i was in a rush.
