Extremely Pushy and Good Cop/Bad Cop Tactic
Was stopped by kiosk worker of the Straight Ahead products (didn't even know what it was at first) and the girl kept saying she had a free gift for me. Sure, I'll bite. She gets me to sit in a salon chair and proceeds to start furiously combing my hair (after warning it would be tangled) and then tries to sell me a straightener for $370 but then keeps lowering the price as long as I "don't tell anyone" and would not hardly accept no as an answer.
Furious!
Very upset by the treatment of staff touching my child without permission & insulting me. We did not inquire about these products & they grabbed my child put her in a chair & used unsanitary equipment on her without my permission! I asked them to stop repeatedly
