This afternoon 9/24/2019 around 4:15 p.m. I went into the Subway store located in Southpark Meadows - Austin, Texas. I asked one of their employees for the key to use their restroom. I was told that only customers can use the restroom facility. I told him that I was a customer, then I was informed that I had to purchase my food order first and then I would be permitted to use their restroom facility. I am 75 years old and a veteran of this country having served for 40 years. The way that was treated is totally unacceptable. I deserve a personal apology from this employee, if not I will take this matter further.
