Terrible Customer Service
Service was terrible. Prices changed randomly throughout the weeks. Vian promised the suits would be ready a week before the wedding and they didn’t have the fitting done on suits and told the groom “go somewhere else if you don’t these suits” 2 days before his wedding. DO NOT GO TO THE KATY LOCATION IF YOU HAVE AN IMPORTANT DAY. THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE QUALITY SERVICE. You will regret it. The location is more of just walking in on buy a nice suit and leave. If you talk to either rep in store you will be immediately dissatisfied TRUST ME. I would leave a “0” star if possible.
