I love the Sundance store. I shop there when I need jeans and other products not easily located. The staff is great and always most helpful!

Great store, great products, less than stellar service in this store.
Was in the store to buy a gift for my wife, entered the store passed by a group of 5+ employees and none greeted me. I walked around the store for 10 min before anyone asked if they could help me.
This store could hit it out of the park if they hired people that had better customer service skills. I have been in this store many times and this seems to be the same service experience every time. Good thing they have a great product that my wife loves, because the service is not what brings me back.
