Sunglass Hut - Fairfax, Virginia VA 22033 - Fair Oaks Mall

I am completely dissatisfied with sunglasshut. I purchased glasses yesterday from Tyson’s Va store but realized after the fact that to use by Amex discount I needed to order the raybans online. So I went to a sunglasses close to my house (fair oaks mall in fairfax va)today to return the glasses I purchased at sunglass hut. I had never touched the glasses, they were still in the bag from the day before. I was told that they had a scratch and that I couldn’t return the glasses there and that I needed to drive to the store that I purchased them at which was 30 minutes away. I couldn’t even find the scratch he insisted they had. I was very upset as I knew I had done nothing to the glasses, I couldn’t see anything wrong with the glasses and that I was going to have to drive another 30 minutes away to get these returned with my 3 year old in tow. I asked to speak to the manager which was on the phone, he was of no help and really didn’t have any interest in rectifying this for me. So I took the glasses and drove to the other store, when I got there they knew I was coming as the other store called to warn them. The man in the Tyson’s store was very nice and returned the glasses and told me he didn’t see any scratches on the glasses. He could not find any scratch! I told him I didn’t see any either. A complete waste of my time! Never again will I use sunglass hut, absolutely NO customer service. The fair oaks store just did not want to process a return!
