Poor Customer Service
I Bought a pair of Ray Bans for quite a chunk of change for my college age son's 21st birthday on November 30. The salesman assured me that if he wanted a different pair or style, he could exchange or get a refund if he didn't want them. It also says it on the paper receipt and the receipt emailed to me. Fast forward 2 weeks to his 21st birthday and he is finally home from college to open them. He immediately sees a tiny scratch up near the Ray Ban logo. He took them back yesterday, and the woman manager refused to take them back, exchange or refund because they had a scratch on them, what?! He argued that since they were the display pair, the scratch was already there and that he only wanted to exchange for another pair. Manager flat out refused to do anything for him. Another nice saleswoman tried her best to buff out the tiny scratch, and it's better but still there. Fair warning....don't buy anything at this Sunglass Hut if you might need to return. Lesson learned--I should have bought directly from Ray Ban.
