Would not do business again.
Buyer beware: I was served both an Instagram and Facebook ad for an adult sized New Balance 327. Upon clicking the link, the eCommerce portion also had an adult sized image as the thumbnail and no clear indication that it was a Grade School size. I received said pair and to my disbelief, it was a grade school sized pair of NB 327s. I emailed support for a refund but they said all they could do was offer store credit / exchange without shipping
