Former customer
Tried to return an online purchase at the Lehigh valley mall store. The clerks demanded a printed receipt. They would not accept the online receipt nor accept an email to print the receipt. We needed to bring in the paper receipt that was included in the mailing. Conversation ended by them.
I then tried to call the Swarovski customer service line. After being on hold for 35 minutes I gave up.
Swarovski has forgotten that the entire customer experience is what matters.
