(Manager) went above and beyond in his professional assistance to myself in researching a error on my account, that resulted in myself receiving a credit that was not realized by another representative from a foreign country. Micah checked my account number and determined that I also was assigned another account number 6 years earlier that resulted in additional charges. The charges were dropped from my account. Great customer service!!!
