T-Mobile - Bel Air, Maryland 21014 - Harford Mall

I wanted to give an accommodation to Lance and Hannah, I went into the store today due to my screen protector being cracked (went to the corporate store first however they didn't have any of the screen protectors in stock). So I drove over to the Harford Mall to see if they had any in stock (which they did); Lance asked if I bought the screen protector from the store and that a store associate applied the product (which I did). However, it seems like the corporate system is not connected with the Harford Mall system (might want to fix that), Lance showed me that he didn't see any purchase on my account. But Lance didn't stop there....he took some extra steps to verify that I bought the product from T-Mobile and he replaced the screen protector for me instead of sending me out of the door with a cracked screen protector. Lance and Hannah provided excellent customer service, these individuals are excellent examples of how to perform customer service, which brings customers back and has those customers refer your service to their friends.
