Terrible
I have never been treated so badly!!!!!!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. I went with my mother to this location after buying the newest iPhone at a different T-Mobile store. As soon as we walked in one of the employees was immediately rude making a comment about we only went there to "fix another stores problem."As I was asking questions as to why the phone wasn't working another employee said that she has "no idea about iPhones so she couldn't answer any of our questions." I'm sorry but why do u work at a store with 75% iPhone products and not know how to work them? I got the feeling that no matter what they were not going to help us because we didn't buy the product at that store. I will never go to that location again and advice everyone to go to a different store. It's worth it to drive further for better customer service.
