Lied to in the store
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! I went to the store to add a line to my plan and was told that it would only cost me $50 a month more and i got my bill finally and it says that i have to pay $100 a month for this lne. I was quoted directly from Damon B at the store and he blatantly lied to me and my husband. There is nothing that customer service can do and nothing the store can do as i have reached out to both. I am just here to warn all of you that the store employees will lie to you to make a quick sale and that you should not trust them!! Now to cancel my line I would have to pay $369. Extremely disappointed!!
