Rude staff and questionable policies
I was kicked out of the store because I was "under 18," despite there being no signage to support the existence of that policy.
When I politely told staff that there should at least be a sign to stop people from making the same mistake, they threatened to call mall security on me.
0/5, staff were rude with no provocation and their age policy makes absolutely no sense, especially for a PHONE STORE that's inside a MALL. I would not come back.
