T-Mobile - Gallup, New Mexico 87301 - Rio West Mall

The guy basically refused to give us an exchange. At first, we wanted a different, higher costing phone, but he claimed he did not have it. We decided the camera is not good enough and still want the other one. I call and the employee told me they had the one we wanted. We tell him, we still want the first one we requested. The guy starts questioning why we want to return it (thought: we are the customers), and the camera is good. Tells us there is a return fee, plus we have to pay three times more (I spoke with Tmobile earlier and I was not told that) which we were willing to pay. Then, he says they do not have the phone we want. Eventually, we left with our unwanted phone.
