Yaderson Espinal provided me with the most outstanding service that I’ve ever received from T-Mobile. His patience alone deserves 5 stars, as he tried to fix my phone issue. I have been having a service issue for approximately 2 to 3 months now, and I have previously called 611 about it, but the issue was not resolved with that call. Yaderson said that I should try making my calls again, now that the brand new operating software has been downloaded and if the problem continues, I should contact 611 again. He also promised that he would contact 611 himself to discuss the problem I am having, because he is having the same problem with HIS service. I hope this issue is resolved ASAP otherwise I cannot continue to be a T-Mobile client.
