Sales Floor Unprofessionalism
Went into the store to purchase a phone and observed sales associate yelling across the store, speak condescendingly to customers, and overall rude treatment of all within the store. Called store to speak with the manager and the associate on the phone was abrasive and would not provide a way to contact a manager or a regional manager. We walked out.
