Bait and Switch
Typical. What I was told by TMobil Customer Service before I went in to the store was completely different. Why is it that I would have been charged a $250 down payment on a BOGO promotion? I was told by the staff that and I quote, "It shoes that you're committed" what? I'm a customer and have been for years and I've never made a late payment to TMobil. I was told when I spoke to TMobil Customer Service that it would be $260 walking out the door for the BOGO and adding another line to my existing account. Way to go TMobil. You're about to loose a customer. This was at the TMobil located in Regency Mall in Racine, WI.
