Longest wait time ever!
When stepping through the doors I was told a 2 hour wait time. I waited by the door cause it was packed and the employee signed in 3 people before coming to me to put me on the wait list. Customer service was horrible. If I ever have a similar experience I am trashing my T-Mobile account and finding a new provider. This has been my worst experience in 10 years of using T-Mobile.
