Never ever go in. Service is lacking.
Worst service ever
We went In a month ago to get services through them, at first their systems were down so it took a long time to get our plan started, but in the mix of that happening we were told because of the inconvenience we would be receiving a sync up drive for FREE. I asked if it was really FREE and the manager at the time and the two girls said yes for FREE well time kept dragging on and they said now we will be getting (2 beats head phones 2 wireless chargers 2 phone cases and screen protectors for FREE). My husband and i both asked several times "are you sure this is FREE because we didn't want to be charged later." well the past 2 months we have been getting charged for EVERYTHING that was supposedly (FREE). I went in to ask about it and I talked to same girl and she said "I would never say anything is FREE" called me a liar pretty much and would not help. I then went to tmobile off blue oaks and they helped me out and were AMAZING and the customers service line was AMAZING and helped me out my advice (NEVER go to T Mobile in the twin falls mall)
