I called to ask about a quote, which the person that answered the phone refused to give me. She told me I had to come in person for that, I somewhat understand because then she could see exactly what she’s working with, but all I wanted was a ballpark estimate. At that point I was still willing to use their services, however her voice cut out and when I asked her to repeat herself, she hung up on me! So unprofessional, I will not be going here.
