On May 7, 2021: They BROKE MY PHONE! Do not use this vendor - they are NOT trained technicians. I took my brand new Samsung A51 to the Rockaway NJ Townsquare Mall location with a cracked display and asked them to replace it. The cost was to be $200.00 to put in a new display. The "technician" assured me he could simply fix it in 20 minutes. The phone was completely funtional, charged fully and was operating in all aspects. When I returned to pick up my phone, I was told the "battery" needed to be replaced and they did not carry the battery. When I advised the phone and battery were brand new, they advised that sometimes when you take off the "motherboard" the battery can be damanaged. Even with the phone plugged into at their kiosek, they could not get it to turn on. The battery was fully charged but the phone was no longer working - could not "turn on". DO NOT USE THIS CENTER - I will be filing a claim now and see this scam shop in small clamis court!
