Tried to get my screen fixed. Guy said my repair would cost 90, then charged us 127.98 because the screen protector was $37 (wtf?). Then afterwards, my phone was broken, man claimed it wasn’t his fault and wouldn’t refund. Don’t ever go here.

Shoutout to the man working on June 9th, he was really nice and provided good customer service. Very good deals were made and I will for sure be coming back.

Brought it in for a cracked screen, during their repair they destroyed the phone. My phone worked perfectly fine when I got there and it was in operable when I left. I did not leave my phone, I wanted to be with it the entire time. The truth is they don’t know what they’re doing. I had to purchase a new phone and I was told by Apple that they use cheap Chinese parts that don’t last. I’m giving 1 star because there is no option to give negative rating. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU GO TO THIS SHOP THEY ARE THIEVES, IF YOU GIVE NEW PHONES FOR REPAIR THEY STEAL YOUR PHONE AS SAYING WE LOST YOUR PHONE AND IF YOU MAKE STRONG ARGUMENT THEY AGREE TO REPLACE WITH ANOTHER PHONE BUT THEY NEVER GIVE YOU EITHER ORIGINAL PHONE OR REPLACEMENT PHONE. A month ago I gave them my new iphone to replace damaged screen and initially they said it will take couple of days to fix then they delayed for 2 weeks and when I asked no need to fix just give back my phone then they said “we lost your phone and no way to get it back” that’s their nature of business and when I argue with them finally agreed to replace with another phone within 3 to 5 business days but now 2 weeks gone still I did not get either my original phone or replacement phone. Every time I make phone call they simply lie and yelling at me as saying we ordered phone to replace and will call you when we get it but you don’t need to call us often, I am not sure how many people are suffering like me with their criminal activities.
