went to exchange an outfit someone gave me as a gift; was interrogated as to when, how and who bought it for me..even giving names of the family that bought it for me..not registered the cashier said to have bought the item..what? and she makes a phone call and then continued to treat me like a thief..and after getting off the phone and says i cant do the exchange for a smaller size of the same product..so what am I suppose to do now with the product? and the cashier at pearl ridge continued to be rude to the end and seemed to be irritated with me for not understanding why? sorry but will not be shopping at your stores
