Disappointed
This Verizon store charged my 80-year old father $10 to turn off the Do Not Disturb button on his phone. He couldn't figure out why he wasn't hearing a tone when text messages came in. He called Verizon, but they didn't help him. So, he thought he'd go into the store for help. Apparently the store told him that they normally charge $30 for this, but they would cut him a break. This is ridiculous - especially for a 2-second fix. DO NOT recommend this store.

Very professional, pleasant and helpful. Brian took his time and explained all of our options and there was absolutely no pressure. We were able to purchase a new I phone for our son and do an upgrade from my mothers 20 year old flip phone to a new Smart phone. Excellent service, would recommend these people to anyone.
