I loved a tea from a fancy downtown hotel that was charging an arm and a leg for that tea. The woman at the counter was a huge help. She looked up the ingredients of the tea and created a mix that was comparable. I love it! I will be back!

Worse chai tea ever, I paid for clove tea for instead a good balanced chai. Total rip off.

They sell poor quality cups and mugs. When I asked about it the sales man was extremely rude. The mugs stained inside although I have many other mugs from different stores. All the mugs from elsewhere is fine. The mugs that I purchased from this store stained. The salesman accused me of not washing it properly. He was really rude. I will never buy anything from this store.

I am a fan of tea, the purposes for it and learning about it. When I came into tea zen, off the bat it was just them trying to get me to upgrade and sell me more things. I don’t appreciate this especially when it was my first time here. Maybe if you pitched and cared about what I wanted to know about the different teas instead of trying to get me to buy the reuseable tea jar or upgrade me from bags to another can, I would spend more next time.

So excited to find loose leaf decaf earl grey tea at Tea Zen Rosemont. Bought it yesterday 12//31/20 and have had three cups since. It is very good, full flavor and the smelli s amazing. and I will be back. Athina, the salesperson was great.
