We were just looking at a model car and were trying to see how far the back doors would open. So, we pulled the doors down slowly and gently— just barely to see the full width of the doors and a representative yelled at us: Please stop. It was a very rude and snarky attitude. He continued to yell this at us in front of other customers, and we didn’t understand there was a button you needed to press. We respected that and replied okay, sorry about that. When he showed us how to close the doors with a button, we said we understood. When we pressed the button, he again yelled at us: it’s locked. He did all this yelling in front of all the other customers and didn’t seem to take us seriously as potential buyers. Terrible, terrible manners and not a way to speak to another human. We were genuinely interested in buying and are so flabbergasted at his nastiness and dismissive tone with us. We will never come back here so long as he works there. It was a young man with unruly long brown hair working next to a red counter. Please learn to speak to others with kindness.
