Terrible place with absolutely horrific customer service
The staff is very rude and arrogant. I was waiting for my online pick-up order for 45 min at the restaurant after receiving the notifications that it was ready. Nobody tried to solve the issue or apologize for the delay. When I asked for a refund, I was told that they can’t process it right now and would do it after the restaurant was closed. When I insisted on the refund, I had to wait 25 min for the server to call the owner to approve it.
