Disappointed shopper
No stars. Horrible costumer service. My husband made a special trip today, arrived at the baton rouge mall location store at 11am, found a sign on door "will return at 11:30". The website says they open at 10. After killing time he returned at 11:40 and the store still not open! He knocked on the outside glass and looked in and could see someone shaving someone but no one came to the door. Had a very frustrated husband who was doing me a favor by going there to buy a Christmas gift. I really want whoever owns this store to know. Very poor management. My husband wasted 3 hours of his day.
