I just went to the cheesecake factory at Kenwood and was told that I couldn’t have a large booth when I requested it and that they were closing soon which was not true they close at 10pm and it was 8:55pm. Told no other booths were avail. Again not true. Wasn’t accommodating at all...and could care less if I stayed.
Wow..very disappointing... so I left.
The Food is Horrible
Although they have great cheesecake, the food is way over priced for something extremely below average. I rarely send my food back, and when I do, it’s usually because it is the wrong order or it is made incorrectly. However, with Cheesecake Factory, I have had to sent my food back twice because of how bad it tastes. The first time, I ordered fettuccine Alfredo and it was extremely bland and was honestly flavorless. The second time, which was just yesterday, I ordered the pasta carbonara. This was the saltiest dish I have ever eaten and I am unsure if they either made it incorrectly, or it was just plain bad. I tried to eat the whole thing but I genuinely couldn’t finish it. It is also very uncomfortable for me to have to send food back and left me feeling very uncomfortable.
