The Children's Place - Citrus Heights, California 95610 - Sunrise Mall

I visited this store with my daughters today and the customer service I received was unbelievably bad. I came to pick up an online order and asked if I could make change for a couple quarters if I bought something. I even explained that my daughters, (who don’t usually get to go to the mall) wanted some candy out of the mall’s dispensers. We needed 50 cents. I was told yes. My daughters and I shopped and ended up purchasing over $35 worth of merchandise but the manager, Catherine, or Katherine, actually refused to help us change a couple quarters unless we used cash for the entire purchase. I guess she thought that I would simply accept the fact that she, as the manager, could not open the register to perform a small courtesy to us. Keeping in mind the store was empty and that no attempt was even made for such a small request, message received, we will take our business elsewhere.
