The Children's Place - Durham, North Carolina 27713 - The Streets at Southpoint

Krystal, Krystal - I have never come across someone so arrogant and ignorant. Not only did she ring up the wrong price and made a mistake (which let alone was not the issue for me) but when brough up to her instead of acknowledging her error, she chose to act very unprofessionally and very ugly about it. The register seemed completely disorganized and she seemed to lack ownership of admitting her mistake. When I asked to speak with her manager she just had a smirk on her face, and completely ignored me. I will not return to this store ever and I also lost interest in buying anything from this chain all together. Don't care for Children's Place if those are the employees that represent the company.
