Very Dissatisfied
I placed an order online for my niece in Chicago and when the order was received it was wrong. My sister lives in Chicago and drove out to Orland Park to exchange due to the wrong item was received. The manager told my sister it is an error from the warehouse and could not help her. All she wanted to do was to exchange the item for the correct leggings. Managers name is Lorensia. (Not sure of spelling of name)The worst customer service.
