Great service from one employee
I went in on a mission.. looking for matching outfits for my kids. I was greeted by this lovely young lady later to find out her name was Iris. She was extremely helpful and even though she was doing others things. She managed give me the best customer service and help me find exactly what I was looking for and also greet other customer that were coming in. I was in ans out.

Basically robbed
Went to the store 11/23/21, looking for 2 specific coats in a specific size. The cashier said she could order them online and have them shipped to my house. Long story short, she charged my credit card $74.98 and never actually placed the order. And now I can not be reimbursed even though I have been calling since the first week of DECEMBER, because apparently I have no merchandise for a refund!!!! NEVER EVER SHOP AT THIS STORE!
