Custom factory is a scam
Custom factory was the worse experience on my life . if i could put zero stars i would.. They ruined my childs birthday.promised to provide my shirts but never produced them then wouldnt give me my money back scammers and rude please dont even stop in that store.
Crooks
These people are crooks an order was placed for 3 hoodies for a very special birthday party they promise to have them ready at the time of pickup they were not ready when asked for a refund security was called on the customer then the fwpd was called they told the officer that the manager was out of town and he would refund the money the following day when the customer returned she was told by management over the phone since you called the police your money will not be refunded this is bad business and they are not to be trusted if you pay first do you reviews people first!!
