Battery replacement
I want to let the home office know. I was in the Summit Mall store a week ago. I have been visited this location on several occasions. The lady you have working in there was not very helpful she told me once. My watch could be sent out for repair. This last visit she said, you didn’t repair watches. She wouldn’t show me how my watch battery was installed and said then said my watch didn’t take a battery. But she installed one last year. Now she says it’s a mechanical watch. I don’t think she wanted to do her job. Please explain. Thanking you in advance.
