Was not happy with this place at all. At first the staff appeared professional and helpful. I went to have a man's wedding ring engraved for my upcoming wedding and gave them the information. The lady asked if I wanted the date inscribed. I told her, "I don't think it will fit but if it does then yes". She told me it would be ready in 2 hours. I paid my $60 and showed back up at the appointed time. The ring was a disaster. The script was so small I couldn't read it because they decided to put the date beneath the text. They claimed the entire thing would not fit yet over 50% of clear space was left on the ring. The designer stamp inside the ring was bigger than this inscription. To make matters worse, the staff tried to blame me staying I accepted the way it was written and signed the receipt. Well it NEVER stated they were going to do one line on top of another. They said it was clear to them so they didn't understand how I could think otherwise. They then offered to "fix" it by grinding out the screw up and redoing it. Well any fool knows that means thinning out the metal and creating a weak spot. And they had already screwed up once, so why give them a second chance?? Not to mention they wanted to keep the ring for 4 days. So, I told them NO and accepted the screw up. The ONLY thing they did right was refund the money but I think that was because there were other customers in the store because at first they were all "Well I don't know what to tell you. You signed off on it". Completely nice at first but totally rude when I told them they made a mistake. They made all kinds of excuses as to why it was not their fault and how it was MY fault. I am in tears at how they RUINED my future husband's wedding band and all they said was "it's just a piece of metal. It can be ground out and redone all day long". Well it may be a piece of metal to them but it was much more to me. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE EVER!!!!
