Poor customer service and incompetent
I had an app. to highlight and cut my hair by Briana. Her level of customer service was terrible. She complained the whole time about other customers as well as not doing as I requested with my hair. My color was uneven and she only highlighted small portions of my hair. I will never return to this salon again!
