Roll Up Your Sleeves!
DESPITE being absolutely alone on a busy weekend, employee Tim was a One-Man Show, turning out drinks like a pro, and with a smile. He had to deal with drunks and rude people while I waited in line, and he was a LOT nicer than I would have been. My drink was perfect, but the wait was a bit much. What would solve this is that MANAGEMENT would recognize understaffing, and roll up their sleeves and fix it.
